Since the guest house only hosts one event at a time, guests have access to a completely private area of 2 hectares with a pond, a well-attended lawn and a farm yard where you can meet various animals. (see Alpacas)
We offer you a specially equipped place for celebrations – a converted barn for various events (weddings, celebrations, seminars, trainings) for up to 80 persons, you can also use the banquet hall with a capacity of up to 40 persons.
Our chefs will provide your guests with catering services for different tastes and possibilities.
Our small pond has various fish: tenches, crucian carps, grass carps, pikes. Various animals, such as alpacas, pygmy goats and sheep, will welcome you at the Upeslici farm yard. All animals are tamed and will gladly let you feed them by hand.
We have started training of our alpacas to provide everyone interested a service popular in the world - a walk with alpacas.
The guest house has small well-equipped rooms with all amenities, as well as specially equipped rooms for a larger number of guests staying for the night, which can accommodate guests of weddings, seminars and other events. If you order in time, you can enjoy the pleasures of sauna or relax in the heated sauna hot tub by the pond.
